My 4-year-old son and I stopped into The Jewel Box to pick up an impromptu gift for Mommy after our haircuts. The ladies at the store were very friendly and helpful. They were not at all pushy. My son, who cared more about the boxes than the jewelry they contained, even left with a complementary box in addition to the one containing the poppy jasper necklace for Mommy.
Very clean and professional looking store. Miranda helped me with adjusting my watch band. She was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit and will be back next time I need an adjustment or to buy a stone.
Loved Miranda! She took the time to help me even though it was her lunch break! 🙂 Can’t wait to get my rings back today all cleaned up and looking pretty and my ankle bracelet when it gets fixed. I really appreciated the time she spent with me guiding me through the steps of cleaning my own jewelry.! A place i will definitely come back to!
Very pleased with my experience buying an engagement ring. I tried a few big-name jewelry stores in San Jose but realized the best spot was in my backyard here in Morgan Hill. Elena and Miranda made the experience very stress free. The bride to be loves the ring!
I am very happy with my experience with the jewel box. Miranda has been so helpful with my husband buying a necklace and a ring as well for me. She knows what I like and helps my husband. A husband’s dream to go in to a jewelry store and know what to buy. Sometimes I go in to just say hello when I’m downtown and get a free ring cleaning without even having to ask! Excellent service and excellent jewelry!
I wanted a “big ass” diamond to celebrate my 50th anniversary. With Michelle’s help, I found a 2.12 carrot, nearly colorless stone that I Love. I’ve waited a long time…this certainly is the right place for that “kid in a candy shop experience!” Michelle is the bomb. She’s helpful and ethical.
We took our 6 year old and 8 week old to get their ears pierced and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was really nervous about piercing the baby’s ears but they came out perfect, she looks beautiful! I would recommend anyone with small children to come here, the staff really knows what their doing. Thanks ladies so much !
I love this store. I’ve been in several times and have always been treated kindly! On my first visit I needed to have a ring resized. The work on my ring was prompt and came back looking beautiful. I visited again about a week ago knowing exactly what I wanted since seeing the piece on Facebook. Though when I got there they had already sold it. Luckily they were able to order another one and it is beautiful! Thank you Miranda for helping fulfill my want and for treating me as a friend rather than just a customer! I will definitely be back again!!
What a great find! I recently had my grand-mothers diamond set in a fabulous setting and my mother’s diamond repaired. I was very unsure what jeweler to use since I had not spent much time at jewelry stores. A good friend recommended the “Jewel Box.” I trust her, so I took her advice trusting them with our family jewels. Since then, I have taken my ring in a few times for them to clean. I highly recommend them.
Went in to check on how much it would cost to replace the batteries in 2 of my watches. Quick, inexpensive, and friendly. Made me feel welcomed even for such a small request. Thank you!
