I went to the Jewel Box and was so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of its staff. The selections were outstanding and they do amazing repair work. This is the place you need to take all your loved pieces that need work as well as come to shop for some new pieces!
I had to bring my white gold engagement ring in to have it re-dipped (rhodium). MY RING LOOKS BRAND NEW ! they did an amazing job!!!! Staff was great & the turnaround time was 1 day.

Absolutely love this place!!! My hubby surprised me with a new wedding ring and worked with Tracy and Miranda! They picked the perfect one even sized it perfectly without me being there! I was very surprised when I received it for my birthday! I went in to look for bands and both ladies helped me find the perfect ones!! Customer service is HUGE and loved feeling welcome and warm calling and in person 🙂 Thank you again!!! I love love LOVE my rings!!!!

I went into this store to get a necklace and bracelet polished yesterday very sweet girls they polished my jewelry right then and didn’t charge me I wanted to pay of course. Beautiful jewelry inside definitely will be back.
Love love love this place for how much care they’ve shown us for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They went above and beyond to make sure we have our wedding bands on the day of our wedding. For this act of kindness, we are truly grateful. I guess you can say my husband and I are repeat customers and I’ll definitely go back when the occasion arrives.

I worked with Tracy to replace a small diamond on my wife’s wedding ring. Unfortunately, due to my poor planning, I was in a time crunch to get it back by her birthday, which happened to be just after Valentine’s Day. Tracy was fantastic. Not only did she have it done on time, despite all their Valentine’s Day orders, she even made arrangements with me to get it after hours so I could give it to my wife on her birthday. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend these guys for your jewelry needs.
